The Harper Building is home to ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ's Interior ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Campus, which serves communities and villages in the Doyon region and Interior ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. Courses are offered through the Interior ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Campus by audio conferencing and the internet. On-site classes in villages are administered through rural educational centers.

The building is named after Flora Jane Harper, who in 1935 became the first ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Native woman to graduate from the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Agricultural College and School of Mines.

Access is off Fairbanks Street and Draanjik Drive. The Geist Road entrance was closed in 2018.
