Interdisciplinary Studies Minor
An interdisciplinary studies minor allows students to create a minor that is unique
and tailored to their interests and academic needs. Students choose their minor's
title, establish learning outcomes, and choose the courses within their minor.

The general guidelines for the Interdisciplinary minor are:
- Interdisciplinary Studies minor must be unique in title, learning outcomes and coursework when compared to existing ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ minors.
- Interdisciplinary Studies minors must include a minimum of 18 credits from a minimum of two subject areas.
- A minimum of 3 credits in the minor must be ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ resident credits.
- A maximum of 9 credits can be shared between this minor and a major or other minors.
- Credits may be shared with GER courses.
- Credits above the 15 credit mark can be shared with Degree Specific Requirements.
- Unlike the Interdisciplinary Goals Option Major, the minor does not require a Faculty Committee or a Capstone.
