It has been a hectic last few months and a challenging year. I wanted to use this week’s budget column to take stock in the hard work that everyone has and continues to invest in ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.

I know FY20 isn’t over yet, and many of you are currently working on wrapping up year-end projects, cleaning up fund accounts and putting the final touches on FY20. But as we bring another fiscal year to a close, I wanted to say thank you. Thank you for your amazing efforts to make ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ a world-class research university; a community college that lives its motto, “Success Discovered"; or an invaluable source of higher education in Kotzebue, Nome, Dillingham, Bethel, Fort Yukon and many other sites.

Thank you for your dedication. We couldn’t do all of the amazing things we do without all of you, the faculty and staff of Nanook Nation! You belong here.

Thank you for choosing ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.
