Delta Harvest Wrap-Up set for Nov. 30

Phil Kaspari sprays herbicides on research plots in Delta Junction. Research into herbicides is one of the topics scheduled for the 2023 Delta Harvest Wrap-up on Nov. 30.

Learn about current agricultural research efforts, share observations about the past growing season and help identify future research needs at the 2023 Delta Harvest Wrap-Up.

The evening will feature speakers from the Delta Soil and Water Conservation District, ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Farmers Co-op, U.S. Department of Agriculture and the University of ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Fairbanks Institute of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Extension. Topics include the 2023 Delta herbicide trials, agronomic crop trials, updates from the Natural Resources Conservation Service, fertilizer and herbicide sourcing, and updates on current ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ research efforts. 

The event is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 30, from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Delta Career Advancement Center, 1696 N. Clearwater Ave., Delta Junction.
