Employee tuition waiver frequently asked questions
Who is eligible:
Regular benefit eligible employees actively employed on or before the first day of
the term. Spouses, Financially Interdependent Partner (FIP)s, and dependent children
(under the age of 24 as of the first day of the term) of eligible employees also qualify
for a tuition waiver.
Part time adjunct faculty with banked credits may redeem credits toward their tuition balance. Check your banked credit balance at UAOnline:

If you have already submitted a form, please check UAOnline first to verify the waiver has been applied. Contact the Office of the Bursar for an adjustment if you have added, dropped, or changed classes.
IMPORTANT: Tuition waivers only cover tuition. You are responsible for paying all fees by the payment deadline to avoid possible late fees. If you or your dependent need financial aid to help cover the cost of fees, books and supplies, you can make an appointment with a to discuss other financial aid options.
