Intro to Strength noon sessions
The Student Recreation Center has a new group fitness offering for Intro to Strength on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 1 p.m. The offering is a six-week program that begins on July 23 and is free for current members of the SRC.
The program goes over fundamental movements, such as front squat, bench press, deadlift, and more. Register online: under group fitness or in person.
