Accepting applications for faculty fellows
Are you ready to play a vital role in our accreditation journey and drive continuous improvement across our academic programs? If so, we invite you to step forward and volunteer for faculty fellow positions for the upcoming academic year 2024-2025.
We're seeking passionate individuals to fill four pivotal positions, each offering a unique opportunity to shape the educational landscape and contribute to our accreditation and continuous improvement efforts. Three of these roles are dedicated to program review, while one focuses on the assessment of our general education required courses.
And here's the exciting part: Your involvement in these positions doesn't just contribute to the academic pulse of our institution — it also forms a crucial part of our accreditation process and counts as service in your faculty workload, compensated in workload units.
As we look ahead to the next academic year, we envision our program review fellows delving deeper into areas that pique their interest. Whether you're passionate about unraveling the intricacies of Student Learning Outcomes Assessment (SLOA), exploring the transformative power of High Impact Practices (HIP), or championing Student Success and Equity initiatives, there's a niche for you to shine.
In particular, our exploration of Student Success and Equity demands a closer look at data and trends within each program scheduled for mid-cycle review. With approximately 28 programs in line for assessment, your insights will play a pivotal role in ensuring our students receive the finest educational experience while meeting accreditation standards.
Ready to take the plunge and be part of this dynamic journey? Fill out the to express your interest and apply for these positions. Applications will be accepted through Friday, March 15.
