Morgan Dulian is new development director

Morgan Dulian was named director of development in October 2021.

Morgan Dulian has accepted the position of ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ development director. She has served as interim development director since May 2021. 

Dulian has been with ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ since 2015, including having served as the lead major gift officer in the Department of Development and Alumni Relations.

During her tenure at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, she has implemented strategies that have increased philanthropic gifts by nearly 30% both in FY20 and FY21, which she attributes to connecting benefactors and corporate partners to ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ in ways that are meaningful to them. Her professional experience includes 14 years of fundraising for higher education, human services and arts organizations in Denver and Fairbanks.

Dulian graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor of arts and sciences in communication in 2005 and earned a master of nonprofit management from Regis University in 2012. She also earned her certified fundraising executive credential, commonly known as CFRE, in 2021.
