Nominations open for student commencement speaker

ASÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ invites students, faculty and staff to nominate graduating students to be the student speaker at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ's spring Commencement ceremony on May 4. The deadline for nominations is Feb. 16, and the application period opens Feb 1.
Candidates for student commencement speaker must have applied for graduation for spring or summer 2024 or have graduated in fall 2023. Candidates must also be in good academic standing (2.0 GPA or higher) and in good conduct standing with ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.
The Student Commencement Speaker Selection Committee will verify eligibility and confirm that nominated students accept their nomination. Nominated students will still need to apply.
