UA Zoom training sessions for spring 2024

During the Spring 2024 semester ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ NTS Collaboration and Learning Spaces (CLS) will offer UA Zoom Trainings to anyone with . This includes any Faculty, Staff, or Student within the University of ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ system. Have an @alaska.edu email? You probably have a Zoom account! If you are new to the University and would like to learn more about Zoom and available features, or you’re already familiar with Zoom and want to have a quick refresher or learn something new, then these sessions are for you.

Starting in January, CLS will offer monthly Zoom training sessions on the second Friday of each month, plus the following extra sessions during Spring semester start-up.

Please register for a time slot below that fits your schedule:

Zoom Basics
This training session covers account settings, scheduling meetings, and running a meeting with security basics, as well as best host practices.

                  

Zoom Advanced with AMA*
This training session covers breakout rooms, advanced meeting security, and any other questions you have. (AMA* = Ask Me Anything about Zoom)
