Windows 11 upgrade to begin Oct. 17
Faculty, Staff and Students,
Microsoft will be ending extended support for Windows 10 on Oct. 14, 2025. To ensure continued security compliance and access to the latest features, Nanook Technology Services will upgrade all eligible Windows 10 devices to Windows 11.
Upgrade Schedule
The upgrade will begin on Oct. 17, 2024 at 8 p.m. You will receive a notification before the upgrade begins on your device.
How to Prepare
- Back Up Your Data: Before the upgrade, it's important to back up any critical files to your Google Drive.
