Administrative Management Review – EX and FR Positions

In my initial communication on October 15, 2020 regarding the Administrative Management Review, I did not include a list of administrative positions as mentioned in the memo under item 5. Please find the attached list of positions that will need to be reviewed with reports submitted by December 14, 2020.

The Administrative Management Review is a review of positions at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ and not a performance review of incumbents in the position. All positions named on the attached list should be reviewed during the process. Some of these positions may be vacant, have interims or acting incumbents, or may currently be in the recruitment stages to fill the position. Regardless of the status, each position will need to be reviewed providing an opportunity for input on the administrative structure of ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. If you have within your area named positions that are vacant please prepare, or have the supervisor of the position prepare the needed materials.

If positions change during the next month, please notify Meryem Udden so appropriate changes may be made.  Additionally, please note the revised review schedule which is also attached.
