The mission of the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Property Office is to monitor all purchased property to ensure University compliance with applicable State and Federal funding regulations. ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Property offers guidance and advice prior to purchases, maintains inventory accounting, and is committed to provide re-utilization of surplus equipment and supplies to the University community.

Surplus items are available for re-utilization between University of ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ departments only.
Excess equipment/supplies are then available to be sold in a competitive sale as set up by the Property Office.
