The heart of the RAHI experience! Tutor Counselors live alongside students, support them academically, and help them thrive socially and emotionally. You’ll assist with homework, lead activities, chaperone outings, and be a mentor and role model all summer long. Perfect for college students, recent grads, or professionals who love working with teens and want hands-on experience in education, mentoring, or youth leadership.

The nighttime guardians of RAHI. While everyone else is asleep, you’ll ensure a safe and secure dorm environment. This position is perfect for responsible night owls who can handle emergencies, enforce dorm rules, and keep an eye on everything after hours.

The leader of the RAHI dream team! Responsible for creating a positive, structured, and supportive dorm culture for students and staff alike. You’ll oversee daily operations, staff management, student support, and conflict resolution. Ideal for someone with strong leadership experience, a passion for working with youth, and the ability to handle high-energy days and late nights with a level head.

The Dorm Director’s right hand—helping manage student needs, staff support, and day-to-day dorm operations. You’ll step in wherever needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly. A great fit for someone who thrives on teamwork, problem-solving, and mentoring both students and staff.
