Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP)
If you are a resident of a state in the western region and are applying for a master’s degree in Arctic and Northern Studies, Rural Development or Justice, you can qualify for WRGP to reduce your tuition costs by paying in-state tution.
The WUE region
ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI).
NOTE: Recipients are not eligible to receive the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD).
WRGP Tuition and Fees
As a WRGP Scholar, you pay in-state tuition if you are enrolled in the following programs:

MA in Arctic & Northern Studies

MA in Justice Administration

MA in Rural Development
University fees, books and supplies, and housing and food are the same for all students at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.
