Nickole Conley
Nickole Conley was appointed as ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ’s executive officer by ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Chancellor Daniel M. White in October 2018, and her title was changed to chief of staff in August 2022 to better reflect her duties. A longtime employee, Conley has a significant breadth and depth of knowledge about ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ and supports a number of efforts across the university, including the strategic planning process and the creation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem. She served in ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ’s College of Engineering and Mines as the chief financial officer from 2010 to 2018, in ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ's ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Center for Energy and Power as the deputy director of operations from 2014 to 2018, and, most recently, at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ's Center for Innovation, Commercialization and Entrepreneurship as director.
