TimelyCare
is offered as a supplement to the extensive existing in-person and virtual services
offered by the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Student Health and Counseling Center. This is a no cost service
offered to enrolled students residing in the United States. These virtual mental health
services are available 24/7, 365 days/year and include immediate crisis care and up
9 ongoing counseling sessions per academic year.
How to access TimelyCare
Students can access these services by downloading the TimelyCare app and signing in
using their ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ email to log-in.

Students are able to receive up to 9 counseling visits per academic year at no cost through TimelyCare.
- Counseling: Counseling: This model will help students with mild to moderate mental health needs who could benefit from additional support. Students with more acute or urgent needs should connect with SHCC's existing support. Students with longer-term or more intensive needs can still engage with SHCC providers.
You are able to see a counselor through the service that you feel most comfortable.
We just ask that you do not use both services at the same time. This may become confusing
for both you and the counselor.
