    ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ has partnered with the Higher Education Data Sharing Consortium to administer a diversity and equity campus climate survey to the entire ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ community. This survey asks students, faculty, staff and administrators about their perceptions and experiences related to diversity, inclusion, discrimination, and harassment at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, and responses are anonymous.

The goal of doing hard things, rising to the challenge, and resiliency through hard work is to be better at doing just that. That is what I want to talk about today.
